Our Lotus Pods (Botanical: Nelumbo nucifera) come from India. They contain humic and tannins and have a positive effect on the water. The holes in the Lotus Pod are ideal for hiding shrimp. And the growth that forms over time becomes a great feeding lawn.
Our Lotus Pods have a diameter of approx. 8 - 10 cm. A Lotus Pod is included in delivery.
Since the Lotus Pods are a natural product, it can take a few days for them to sink in the aquarium. We recommend rinsing briefly with water before placing the Lotus Pod in the aquarium.
