Our palm fibers are areca fibers from the Areca palm.
The fibers contain a lot of tannins that are slowly released into the water. They are suitable as a breeding place, climbing frame, or as material in sparsely equipped breeding tanks. The fibers are also perfect as a hiding place for the little ones. Or simply as a natural decoration that also has a positive effect on the water. In addition to the countless areas of application in the aquarium, the palm fibers can also be used as a photo background. Or also in terrariums to dress up caves or wet boxes.
Since the palm fibers are a natural product, it can take a certain amount of time for them to sink when used in the aquarium.
Our palm fibers have a size of approx. 30 x 15 - 20 cm. A large palm fiber is included in delivery.
