Spinach has valuable vitamins, minerals and trace elements and is an excellent source of protein.
The dried leaves are perfect as a small treat for shrimps, crabs and snails.
They are very popular with all invertebrates. If you want, you can briefly scald them with hot water. But they can also be added to the pool dried.

Even with the most careful handling, some of the leaves can break during transport. But this does not represent a loss of quality.
