Peat slabs can be used in a variety of ways. For example, you can use them as substrate in the terrarium. Or use them for your paludarium. They can also be used in the aquarium to acidify the water.
The plates are very water-retaining and therefore offer an ideal substrate for plants. After about 2 to 3 weeks, spores of mosses and ferns sprout from the plates and these then cover the surface with a natural green.
Before they are placed in the terrarium they should be soaked in water for 2 days. Ideal for frog terrariums and all rainforest terrariums.
